Judge Hidalgo recognizes civic celebrations, county employee retirements, and notable causes in Harris County. She also honors individuals and organizations who have made significant contributions to Harris County. The documents are strictly honorary and are not legally binding, nor should they be considered a personal or professional endorsement. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the office reserves the right to approve or deny a request, and edit the language provided.

Resolutions are presented by Judge Hidalgo to Harris County Commissioners Court for approval on designated court days. Please consider contacting your County Commissioner first to give him the opportunity to recognize an event or constituent in his precinct.
