Harris County Judge Hidalgo and Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner Announce Restaurant and Bar Closures to Help Slow Spread of COVID-19

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo joined Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner to announce additional measures to slow the spread of COVID-19 across the Houston metropolitan area. The announcement ordered restaurants, bars, and nightclubs to close with the exception of take out, delivery, or drive-through services.
