“Each year, the Houston Marathon showcases the tremendous vitality, spirit, and diversity ofHarris County to the world,” said Judge Hidalgo. “Music often gives me that much needed boostduring a grueling run. We hope by sharing these fun, upbeat songs it will inspire others to keepgoing and run that extra mile. I want to wish everyone who is participating a safe and excitingrace. I also want to thank all of the volunteers and sponsors who have dedicated their time andresources to make sure this event is a success.”

Judge Hidalgo’s playlist includes an array of local and internationally known artists includingTravis Scott, Rosalia, The Weekend and Bomba Estereo. Sunday will be Hidalgo’s fourthmarathon. She has also completed four half marathons.
